The large kitchen/breakfast room has an Aga leading off to a games room and ground floor bedroom with loft. The kitchen is fully equipped with a separate gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a downstairs shower and toilet at the end of the hall.

Upstairs there are 2 large double bedrooms, 1 twin bedded room and a small bedroom with bunk beds. A cot can be provided. There is also a large bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet and 2 hand basins.

The house is heated by oil-fired central heating and ideal for year round holidays.

There is a large, private walled garden and courtyard with garden furniture.

Prices are inclusive of electricity, gas, wood and heating oil. All bed linen, tea towels and towels are also included.
